Allie joined the dental field and our office in 2021. She enjoys welcoming patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible by helping with any questions or concerns.
Allie loves spending time with family, friends and her dog Blue.
Mary has been in the dental field for 30 plus years. The last 11 years has been working with Dr Thao. She loves working with doctors who are passionate, caring and patients are their priority.
Free time is spent traveling and bike riding with her husband.
As the heartbeat of our administrative operations, Kathy brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our team. With 40 years of experience in business administration and office management, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities and fostering a productive work environment. Kathy is valued for her exceptional interpersonal skills, which create a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among a team of incredible doctors and amazing staff. She prioritizes building trusting relationships with patients in order to help them with questions about their dental care.
Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys time with her husband and two golden retrievers. She loves spending time with family/friends, her two precious grandchildren, baking, gardening and reading.
Jan started dentistry in 2014 and is passionate with her work. She enjoys working with patients reviewing/discussing treatment plans, insurance benefits, financing and scheduling.
When not at work, Jan loves spending time with Dexter (Teddy bear dog), family/friends, traveling, eating different ethnic foods and trying different ethnic restaurants.
The last forty years of Dental Assisting have been a privilege working alongside both Dr Geoff Mykleby and Dr David Thao as she enjoyed being an assistant to our patients. As Jane approaches her retirement, she is feeling heavy hearted. At the end of the year, she will be hanging up her scrubs, stepping down as an employee and becoming a patient of Innovation Dental.

Beth joined Innovation Dental in 1997 working with Dr Mykleby and now Dr Thao. Beth takes pride in knowing her patients and their needs. She enjoys spending time with her husband and friends as much as possible.
Beth’s hobbies include reading, watching Hallmark movies and being a Hospice volunteer.
Sheng joined Innovation Dental in 2022. She has been in the dental field since 2020 and really enjoys her career as a Dental Assistant. She empathizes with patients concerns and strives to make them feel comfortable and confident with their smiles.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
Carla has really enjoyed her career as a dental assistant. She has been fortunate to work alongside Dr Thao. Carla’s warm, fun, and caring personality along with her easy laugh put our patients in a calm and comfortable state while receiving their dental treatment.
She loves spending time with her husband and fur-baby dogs, Nola and Luna. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and working out by roller blading at the park.
Jennifer joined our practice in 2001 and prides herself in knowing much of the practice history. She values every patient that has been a part of the growing practice and enjoys meeting the new patients who are coming to the new improved office location. Each patient she meets is approached with caring and open mindedness.
Her experience allows patients to feel comfortable in her chair, some may even say “Enjoyable” or Wow”!
Lisa has been giving quality care to her patients for the last 25+ years and educating them to be the healthiest they can be. She's really passionate about her job and her patients.
Throughout Lisa's career, she has found that it's the people that make the workplace feel like a home, the familiar faces and familiar smiles. She strives to work alongside her patients in a collaborative effort to help achieve not only a healthy, confident smile, but a sustainable overall health.
When Lisa is not working, she enjoy the outdoors with her husband boating, golfing and traveling.
As a dedicated RDH, Melissa performs and important role in Innovation Dental by delivering comprehensive dental hygiene services. With 18 years of experience in the dental field, Melissa is thorough and efficient. She is passionate about educating patients and staying up to date on the latest technology in order to provide patients with the best possible care.
When Melissa isn't working, she enjoys golfing, playing volleyball and going to Brewer's games with her family.
Known for her gentle touch and thorough approach, Abby exerts to create a comfortable, relaxing and supportive environment for patients. She communicates the importance of patient education and works closely with each patient to develop personalized oral hygiene routines that promote optimal dental health.
Abby enjoys family life, is very active working out as a fitness instructor, loves to cook and bake, traveling and her 2 dogs.
Leeann is an experienced registered dental hygienist at Innovation Dental LLC. She joined the team/practice in 2020 and has been working in the dental field since 1985. Her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards in periodontics are truly appreciated by her patients. Leeann’s empathy and care for others make her an invaluable member of the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and reading, which helps her connect with patients. Leeann looks forward to meeting you and helping you maintain a healthy smile!
As a passionate dental hygienist, Mychua is committed to enhancing oral health and providing compassionate care to her patients.
